Adventure playgrounds, after school clubs and holiday play schemes in England, will be allowed to reopen to all children for outdoor play from 29 March, the beginning of the Easter school holidays.

Although schools will reopen on 8 March, according to revised government guidance, parents and carers will only be able to access ‘out-of-school settings and wraparound childcare’ settings, from this date, for vulnerable children and certain essential purposes to do with work, training or medical need.

The full government guidance can be read here.
